What you will do

• Engage with agency leaders to identify challenges in government service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business processes, regulatory requirements, and constituent needs specific to government agencies.
• Develop tailored solution proposals demonstrating improvements in government performance, transparency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Extract requirements from RFP and RFI to help build solution architectures.
• Build trust-based relationships with government clients as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in speaking engagements and workshops to advance government digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelors in engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of solution consulting or pre-sales engineering with a background in business analysis or product ownership.
• Experience solving business-critical government challenges related to digital transformation, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, solution architecture, and implementation oversight.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement and compliance requirements is a plus.
