What you will do

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize product backlog for engineering and design teams.
• Analyze subscription funnel to improve renewal rates, reduce churn, and optimize conversions.
• Guide features from user journey mapping and design collaboration to release.
• Use analytics and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally as link between stakeholders and development team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years as Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master
• Familiarity with app development, user journeys, UI/UX principles, and mobile release cycles
• Understanding of subscription business models, funnel metrics, churn, and retention
• Analytical skills with data, conversion metrics, and performance funnels
• Strong organizational and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
