Location: Hybrid role based in New York City / San Francisco, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $250,000 - $330,000

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise IT roadmap across infrastructure, networks, identity, endpoints, and collaboration platforms.
• Modernize IT service delivery by implementing AI-enabled, data-driven support models.
• Drive reliability and operational excellence across enterprise systems by implementing automation, observability, and continuous improvement practices.
• Partner with Security to embed security-by-design across IT infrastructure and operations.
• Own IT financial planning and vendor strategy, including budgeting, cost optimization, and management of strategic partners.
• Build and scale a high-performing global IT organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across enterprise technology, infrastructure, and IT operations.
• Proven success defining and executing enterprise IT strategy in high-growth or complex environments.
• Demonstrated track record modernizing IT service delivery through automation, analytics, and AI.
• Deep understanding of ITSM, observability, SRE-inspired practices, and AI-enabled service delivery models.
• Financial and vendor management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing, globally distributed teams and foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Experience operating in regulated or security-focused environments is a bonus
