What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, adapt, and implement short- and long-term solutions to technology needs.
• Review system requirements and business processes; code, test, debug, document, and implement software solutions.
• Provide application software development services in a defined project.
• Develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications.
• Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented.
• Test new software code in an Agile development environment.

Requirements

• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of own function, business, and commercial expertise.
• Experience leading a function through multiple levels of managers of diverse activities.
• Ability to evaluate key business challenges and direct the development of new or innovative solutions.
