Location: Must be based in the Miami area and available for 70-80% travel within the assigned region

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of fitness and wellness partners through strategic retention and upselling.
  • Spend at least 70% of your time in the field, visiting partners and attending local networking events.
  • Conduct frequent travel to secondary markets to maximize regional coverage and partner engagement.
  • Surface partner pain points and provide value-driven solutions using both field and remote sales tactics.
  • Exceed monthly performance goals by maintaining a consistent presence in the local fitness community.
  • Delegate transactional casework while maintaining high-touch relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience, including field sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
  • Deep knowledge of the local fitness and wellness market with active professional connections.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-first approach to partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must be able to maintain high travel expectations, including day trips and multi-night regional travel.
