What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of fitness and wellness partners through strategic retention and upselling.
- Spend at least 70% of your time in the field, visiting partners and attending local networking events.
- Conduct frequent travel to secondary markets to maximize regional coverage and partner engagement.
- Surface partner pain points and provide value-driven solutions using both field and remote sales tactics.
- Exceed monthly performance goals by maintaining a consistent presence in the local fitness community.
- Delegate transactional casework while maintaining high-touch relationships with key accounts.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience, including field sales.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
- Deep knowledge of the local fitness and wellness market with active professional connections.
- Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-first approach to partner relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Must be able to maintain high travel expectations, including day trips and multi-night regional travel.
