Director, Influencer Marketing (Gamedev): Providing strategic leadership in fostering relationships with creators, influencers, and social media platforms to empower them to build, publish, operate, grow, and monetize their experiences through our content and services with an accent on games, creator ecosystems, platform infrastructure, community, and innovation. Focus on fostering long-term partnerships, refining content strategies, and driving innovative product initiatives while addressing platform growth and optimization challenges.
Location: Hybrid in Irvine, CA 92618. Working in-office is an essential function of this position.
Salary: $156,000.00 - $205,000.00

What you will do
- Drive strategic initiatives that empower creators to build, publish, operate, grow, and monetize their experiences using innovative tools and services.
- Develop and implement an influencer and creator engagement strategy aligned with our portfolio of IPs, business objectives and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at social media platform partners (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Twitch).
- Lead large-scale creator and influencer marketing campaigns, including strategic planning, real-time execution, and performance analysis.
- Mentor and enable the professional development of the influencer engagement team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Establish and track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and creator ecosystem growth metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of management experience in influencer engagement, creator partnerships, product management, or platform strategy, with a proven record of driving impactful campaigns.
- Experience operating live platforms with user-generated content, communities, or creator ecosystems, including considerations for moderation, reliability, performance, and trust & safety.
- Experience with digital economies, marketplaces, or monetized ecosystems where pricing, incentives, and supply dynamics influence user behavior.
- Experience working in video games, entertainment, consumer brands, creator platforms and/or advertising / talent agencies.
