What you will do

• Develop and test diverse creative assets across paid and organic channels.
• Build, optimize, and scale paid acquisition and influencer campaigns.
• Support affiliate outreach and manage creator partnerships to expand the user base.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including conversion and retention, to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, on campaign delivery.
• Identify and pilot new social and content marketing opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Strong bias toward action and experimentation with a balance of creativity and analytical rigor.
• Experience managing budgets and scaling marketing campaigns.
• Passionate about sports, with solid knowledge of fantasy sports or daily fantasy (DFS) products.
• Comfortable managing relationships with influencers and affiliate partners.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create content and identify emerging trends.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau or Amplitude.
• Basic design or asset creation skills, particularly in Figma.
• Experience or comfort with appearing on camera for social content.
• Background in creator outreach or formal affiliate management.
