What you will do

• Build and structure the Turkish gaming community from scratch
• Lead and guide in-game volunteer teams
• Facilitate communication between the player base and project creators
• Develop engaging gameplay guides and tutorials
• Collect, organize, and report player feedback to developers
• Moderate in-game and external community platforms and organize social events

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of community management experience in a gaming project
• Experience managing and editing Discord servers
• Fluency in English (C1-C2) and native/near-native Turkish
• Deep understanding of Turkish gaming culture
• Excellent communication and moderation skills

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Role Play (RP) gaming projects
