Technical Program Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Technical Program Manager (AI): Responsible for developing a team of TPMs and improving the Guest and Host experience with an accent on automation and leveraging AI to minimize manual work. Focus on process improvements to improve the quality of engineering deliverables and collaboration between Engineering/TPM and other functions.

Location: US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an hirify.global office or attendance at offsites. Must live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

Salary: $232,000 — $282,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and maintain a high-performance culture by developing a team of TPMs, providing feedback, coaching, and career growth.
• Scale your team's impact by favoring automation and leveraging AI to minimize manual work.
• Drive process improvements to improve the quality of engineering deliverables.
• Improve collaboration between Engineering/TPM and other functions.
• Act as the communication lead for the delivery of features for product releases.
• Provide executional guidance and support for your team’s projects.

Requirements

• 13+ years in technical program management, with 5+ years leading a team of TPMs.
• 5+ years leading a TPM team who collaborates with Product and Design on customer-facing features (ideally which leverage AI capabilities).
• Experience using AI to automate manual processes.
• Proven track record of instilling a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Extensive experience with change management and process engineering.
• Proven ability to navigate organizational ambiguity and influence teams across boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience growing a TPM function within a startup environment.
