Location: Livingston, NJ / New York, NY / Sunnyvale, CA / San Francisco, CA / Bellevue, WA / Philadelphia, PA. While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office.

Salary: $98,000 to $143,000

What you will do

• Support the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Legal workflows, intake structures, and metadata standards.
• Partner in transitioning from CLM cleanup to sustainable systems governance and ongoing optimization.
• Identify and scope structured AI use cases within standardized Legal workflows.
• Translate Legal and business requirements into clear specifications for technical implementation.
• Maintain the operational integrity of Legal systems, including workflow discipline, data hygiene, and intake routing standards.
• Support rollout and reinforcement of new workflows and AI-enabled processes through practical enablement, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, legal systems, or business operations within a high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting system implementations, workflow design, or operational governance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CLM platforms, legal billing/spend tools, workflow systems, and reporting environments.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally on integration or process harmonization initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into structured improvements.
• Strong documentation skills; able to institutionalize processes beyond individual execution.
