What you will do

• Build tools, services, and automation to empower the engineering team.
• Invest in tooling and custom services for CI/CD, automated releases, feature flags, and access workflows.
• Use Pulumi and Python for IaC to describe k8s services and associated infrastructure.
• Provide autonomy and build a self-serve culture that allows teams to move fast while ensuring safety and best practices.
• Shape the future of IA and agentic development adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx, or Platform Engineering with a heavy emphasis on software development.
• Experience with AWS cloud, k8s, docker, IaC, and Github.
• Solid knowledge of Python.
• Proactive and able to own problems and turn them into solutions.
• Love building frameworks, abstractions, and automation.
• AI-curious and understand how LLMs and AI coding tools are changing engineering.
