What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform layer.
• Develop modular, service-based capabilities to support multi-market deployment.
• Manage core APIs, integrations, and dependencies to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and architectural direction.
• Define success metrics for platform adoption and performance.
• Drive standardization to prevent redundant local custom builds.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital product environment.
• Fluency in English required (German is a strong plus).
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with platform products, backend systems, or service-oriented architectures.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, and distributed system dependencies.
• Analytical mindset with experience using modern AI tools for documentation and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable products for multi-tenancy or international rollouts.
• Experience working in complex retail system landscapes like CRM, POS, or order management.
• Ability to navigate architectural discussions with engineering and solution architects.
