TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Payments): Leading payment engineering teams to build seamless and reliable financial solutions with an accent on card issuing, account-to-account payments, and complex ledger systems. Location: Must be physically based in the UK, Denmark, or Spain with a valid right to work. No visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: £79,000–£118,000 (UK), 840,000–1,260,000 DKK (Denmark), €67,000–€101,000 (Spain).

What you will do

  • Set the strategic direction and vision for the payments platform in collaboration with leadership.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to align team output with business objectives.
  • Solve complex technical and business problems involving risk, compliance, and systems architecture.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Shape the roadmap and continuously refine product features based on customer feedback and data.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in the European financial services sector, including card issuing and e-money accounts.
  • Must be physically based in the UK, Denmark, or Spain with a valid right to work.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on technical details regarding API design and payment flows.
  • Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.
