What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and gamification strategy in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Prioritize features based on market research, performance data, and business objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute roadmaps effectively.
• Analyze key performance metrics and optimize the economy of the rewards system.
• Facilitate discussions on API integrations and real-time event processing with engineering leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
• 5+ years in Product Management within iGaming platforms, Social Casino, or AAA Video Games.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Background in UX/UI with a focus on high-engagement gamification interfaces.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into product plans.
• Ability to work onsite in Valencia, Spain.

• MBA or advanced degree.
