What you will do
- Serve as the primary advocate for clients, bridging gaps between external needs and internal operational, legal, and finance teams.
- Manage end-to-end client strategic programs and oversee the execution of complex projects.
- Monitor revenue run rates, track contract terms, and reconcile invoices for accuracy.
- Lead recurring business reviews and present industry insights to senior executives.
- Oversee client onboarding and credentialing processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Network within client organizations to identify growth opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the financial services or data/software industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, mature, and growing strategic client accounts.
- Proficiency in the data, analytics, and software services ecosystem.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and reviews.
