Location: Framingham, MA or San Diego, CA

Salary: $30.29 - $30.29 hourly

What you will do

  • Respond to inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) within defined SLAs.
  • Qualify inbound leads against ICP criteria, assessing fit across fleet size, industry vertical, decision-maker authority, and business need.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations with inbound prospects to understand their current environment, pain points, and urgency.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives, ensuring each handoff includes a documented summary of the prospect’s situation.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to maintain feedback loops on lead quality, ICP alignment, and campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate and complete lead and activity records in CRM, capturing qualification notes, disposition, and next steps for every inbound interaction.

Requirements

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with high personal accountability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Prior B2B sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM or enterprise sales tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.
