What you will do
- Respond to inbound marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) within defined SLAs.
- Qualify inbound leads against ICP criteria, assessing fit across fleet size, industry vertical, decision-maker authority, and business need.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations with inbound prospects to understand their current environment, pain points, and urgency.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives, ensuring each handoff includes a documented summary of the prospect’s situation.
- Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to maintain feedback loops on lead quality, ICP alignment, and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate and complete lead and activity records in CRM, capturing qualification notes, disposition, and next steps for every inbound interaction.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with high personal accountability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Prior B2B sales experience.
- Experience with CRM or enterprise sales tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.
