What you will do
- Become the single source of truth for all Revenue metrics across Sales and Marketing.
- Automate insight generation, forecasting, and anomaly detection using LLMs like Claude and Gemini.
- Build internal AI agents to monitor and drive sales performance and next-best-action workflows.
- Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines to eliminate manual analysis.
- Connect fragmented data silos across CRM, product, and financial systems to identify churn signals and growth levers.
- Partner with Revenue leadership to scope analyses and shape long-term business strategy.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and comfort using Python or R for advanced modeling.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau.
- Deep understanding of GTM metrics including CAC, LTV, ARR, pipeline velocity, and churn.
- Demonstrable experience integrating and orchestrating LLMs to automate workflows.
- Capacity to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven track record of building AI systems that replaced significant amounts of human labor.
- Experience in data fluency coaching for cross-functional teams.
