What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned business units.
• Develop advanced financial models to track performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.
• Perform variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and process efficiency improvements.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Contribute to financial systems upgrades and automation initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP for financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools like Power BI or Anaplan.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA designation.
