Location: Must be based in the United States (New York City office available for hybrid option). Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST.

Salary: $33.33–$42.31 per hour (approx. $69,326–$88,004 per year).

What you will do

• Provide real-time support to patients via phone, chat, and email in English and Italian.
• Manage care coordination including platform onboarding, appointment scheduling, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments to develop member action plans and refer to appropriate care levels.
• Manage member crises including suicide risk assessment, triage, and safety planning.
• Document patient interactions and crisis resources within internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve care barriers and improve member experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Current licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist in your state of residence.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
• Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Ability to work during standard 9am–5pm EST hours.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Fluency in additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish.
