Location: Must be based in the United States (New York City office available for hybrid option). Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST.
Salary: $33.33–$42.31 per hour (approx. $69,326–$88,004 per year).

What you will do
- Provide real-time support to patients via phone, chat, and email in English and Italian.
- Manage care coordination including platform onboarding, appointment scheduling, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct clinical needs assessments to develop member action plans and refer to appropriate care levels.
- Manage member crises including suicide risk assessment, triage, and safety planning.
- Document patient interactions and crisis resources within internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve care barriers and improve member experience.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required.
- Current licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist in your state of residence.
- Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
- Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Ability to work during standard 9am–5pm EST hours.
- Must be based in the United States.
