What you will do

• Develop and execute the global technical SEO roadmap to drive organic growth.
• Improve crawlability, indexing, internal linking, and schema implementation across complex web infrastructures.
• Lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve visibility in AI Overviews and answer engines.
• Partner with WebOps and engineering teams to implement technical search improvements.
• Collaborate with PR, marketing, and content teams to strengthen domain authority through off-page strategies.
• Perform technical SEO audits to enhance site health, page performance, and search accessibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or web strategy, specifically in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, and modern rendering frameworks including JavaScript.
• Proficiency in analyzing crawl behavior, canonicalization, structured data, and performance optimization.
• Experience managing SEO budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams like WebOps and engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular office attendance in Vancouver, BC.

• Experience building or working with AI agents and automation frameworks for SEO research.
• Background in managing SEO programs for large-scale, complex websites.
