What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps including technical, on-page, and off-page optimizations.
  • Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI for both B2B and DTC segments.
  • Coordinate with content and development teams to enhance landing pages, metadata, and site architecture.
  • Analyze performance metrics using GA4 and other analytics tools to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Prepare regular reporting on rankings, traffic, and campaign performance for leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and performance marketing.
  • English proficiency required for copy, briefs, and strategy development.
  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Business Manager platforms.
  • Practical experience with SEO tools (SEMrush) and analytics dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Adobe Commerce.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in the MST time zone.

  • Background in B2B wholesale marketing.
  • Experience managing multi-brand portfolios.
