What you will do

• Contribute to building a data-driven content strategy aligned to business and pipeline goals.
• Define KPIs and measure content performance across traffic, engagement, rankings, and conversion.
• Manage and mentor a small team of writers, helping them sharpen their craft and strategic thinking.
• Build scalable processes that improve consistency, speed, and impact.
• Support SEO and GEO content strategy by ensuring content is optimized and follows EEAT best practices.
• Partner with marketing ops and demand gen to connect content performance to pipeline impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
• Deep expertise in SEO strategy and content optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing performance data.
• Proven experience mentoring or managing writers.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• A strategic mindset paired with operational discipline.
