TL;DR

Group Tech Lead (SaaS): Leading technical execution, engineering culture, and long-term strategy for multiple teams within the Adoption group, with an accent on product onboarding, user activation, and scalable AI-integrated systems. Location: Must be based in San Francisco (Office-centric hybrid schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu in-office)

Salary: $248,000–$316,000

What you will do

  • Set the long-term technical strategy for the Adoption group alongside other engineering leaders.
  • Design, scope, and implement novel product experiences and scalable systems focused on user activation.
  • Plan and execute complex, large-scale projects involving multiple engineering teams.
  • Foster an engineering culture focused on high velocity, innovation, and business impact.
  • Mentor and grow other tech leads and engineers while strengthening cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-team engineering projects.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco office (hybrid attendance required).
  • Strong leadership capability and literacy in AI tooling and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard quickly to new systems and collaborate across functions.
  • Experience mentoring, growing, and supporting other engineers.
