Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Munich, Germany. Relocation support is provided.

What you will do
- Onboard new clients through welcome calls and support during initial project execution.
- Provide consultative guidance on workflows and best practices to maximize product value.
- Proactively manage renewals and client health, flagging risks early.
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities within the existing client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in Customer Success, geosystems, or laser scanning.
- German proficiency: B2 or higher required.
- English proficiency: Fluent.
- Must be based within commuting distance of Munich.
- Strong consultative mindset with a focus on client experience and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
