Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of clients within the community segment by guiding them through successful product integration, optimized workflows, and long-term value realization with an accent on consultative relationship management. Focus on driving customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless adoption of reality capture and digital twin solutions.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Munich, Germany. Relocation support is provided.

What you will do

  • Onboard new clients through welcome calls and support during initial project execution.
  • Provide consultative guidance on workflows and best practices to maximize product value.
  • Proactively manage renewals and client health, flagging risks early.
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in Customer Success, geosystems, or laser scanning.
  • German proficiency: B2 or higher required.
  • English proficiency: Fluent.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Munich.
  • Strong consultative mindset with a focus on client experience and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
