What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and candidate pipelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing high-level correspondence.
• Develop and maintain efficient systems for calendars, business tasks, file management, and database tracking.
• Drive ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives to support the acceleration of business objectives.
• Support partner scheduling and ensure operational accuracy across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 4+ years of C-level support experience in a startup environment.
• Proven proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor in high-stress situations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create logical solutions to complex operational problems.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
