What you will do

• Implement and enhance features within complex, business‑critical data pipelines and services.
• Design and build reliable, scalable data flows across batch and/or streaming systems.
• Apply solid engineering practices and actively learn and use AI as a co‑pilot across the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and partners across engineering, product, and data.
• Work within established architectures, APIs, and data models, contributing improvements.
• Share context and technical knowledge through clear documentation, code reviews, and design discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in software or data engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting distributed systems and cloud services at scale in public or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with distributed data processing (e.g., Spark) and at least one modern programming language used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Java, Scala).

Nice to have

• Experience building and operating services or data‑intensive components on cloud platforms.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑powered development tools in day‑to‑day engineering work.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines.
