What you will do

• Build and maintain foundations for AI agents managing millions of conversations.
• Design and scale a system comprised of over 100 microservices.
• Collaborate on end-to-end solutions, influencing architecture and strategic technical decisions.
• Implement high-quality code with a focus on observability and maintainable architectures.
• Leverage modern AI tools to explore designs, generate tests, and document decisions.
• Work closely with the product team to deliver value through smooth integrations and performant services.

Requirements

• Language proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Polish.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.
• Excellent coding skills in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Solid expertise in SQL, relational databases, and distributed systems.
• Strong system design skills and capability to choose architectures wisely.
• Experience or proactive interest in utilizing modern AI tools for development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and GraphQL.
• Experience with Kafka or other message brokers.
