What you will do

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Java, Scala, or Python.
• Actively leverage AI-powered tooling for design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and maintainable architectures.
• Collaborate on end-to-end solutions and influence architectural decisions.
• Manage data flow using SQL and NoSQL databases alongside message brokers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong experience with at least one of: Java, Scala, or Python.
• Solid expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Proven experience with distributed systems.
• Practical experience using modern AI tools in an engineering workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other message brokers.
