Vice President (Fintech)

TL;DR

Vice President (Fintech): Supporting and accelerating international growth across the GCC markets with an accent on expanding hirify.global’s footprint with wealth managers, private banks, independent financial advisors, and family offices. Focus on shaping the business development strategy, deepening existing client relationships, and driving new distribution partnerships.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).

What you will do

• Support the Client Solutions EMEA team in executing the business development strategy for hirify.global, covering Wealth Managers in the GCC region.
• Develop and manage a robust and sustainable pipeline of prospective Wealth Manager clients.
• Execute Wealth Manager onboarding process from start to finish, working closely with related teams.
• Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on Private Markets/Alternatives and articulate hirify.global’s solutions and capabilities to clients and partners.
• Serve as the relationship manager and deliver an exceptional client experience for Wealth Manager clients.

Requirements

• Solid academic credentials in relevant field.
• 7-10+ years of work experience in the Asset or Wealth Management industry, with a demonstrated track record in winning and interacting with clients.
• Experience as business development professional or similar role in the asset management industry is a must.
• Strong understanding of the wealth management landscape across the GCC is a must, with an established network across private banks, wealth managers, independent financial advisors, and family offices.
• In-depth experience across Private Markets asset classes, combined with a strong grasp of the Wealth Manager distribution model.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude.

• Language skills: Native in English and Arabic.
