What you will do

• Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Stripe, Chargebee, Atlassian, GitHub, and Notion.
• Write code and build automation tooling, including writing automation scripts in Python, Go, or similar languages, building internal CLI tools, and developing small internal services that integrate the SaaS platform.
• Design and implement reliable, API-driven integrations between business systems, including CRM automation across Salesforce / HubSpot and syncing customer, billing, and product usage data.
• Build internal tools that improve operational efficiency across teams, such as internal CLI tools for IT and operations, automation services for onboarding and access management, and data synchronization services between internal systems.
• Identify opportunities to use modern AI technologies to automate or augment internal operations, including AI-powered internal support assistants and LLM-driven knowledge retrieval across internal documentation.
• Ensure continuous operational adherence to established ISO frameworks and implement comprehensive endpoint security measures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Systems Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong scripting and programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, and Node.js.
• Solid experience operating GCP & AWS environments (VPCs, IAM roles, EC2/S3).
• Strong experience working with external APIs, including REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth authentication flows, and Webhook-based event systems.
• Deep working knowledge of macOS and Linux environments.
• Experience implementing and managing SSO / SAML / SCIM provisioning and Zero Trust access models.
• Experience supporting or passing security and compliance audits, such as ISO 27001 | SOC2 | GDPR.
• Experience working in remote-first or globally distributed environments is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience experimenting with or implementing AI-driven automation, such as LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and AI copilots for operational workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for running internal IT microservices.
• Experience applying SLIs/SLOs to internal IT services to measure "uptime" of the employee experience.
