Location: Hybrid in Cyprus, with at least 6 hours overlap with the office timezone.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for approximately 300 employees and contractors.
• Ensure the security and reliability of Apple, Windows, and Android devices.
• Manage team member identity and access, including on/offboarding processes.
• Participate in SaaS tools and hardware equipment procurement and inventory management.
• Develop automated solutions for onboarding, offboarding, and other processes.
• Help shape internal IT processes and maintain the knowledge base.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with MDM for macOS on 300+ devices.
• 3+ years of experience managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zerotrust, or similar services.
• Understanding of identity and access management in SaaS-heavy environments.
• Knowledge of network basics, including static routing, switching, core protocols, and wireless.
• Experience working with infrastructure as code, specifically Terraform.
• Experience programming with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience participating in cybersecurity and compliance audits (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people across the company.
• At least 6 hours overlap with the office timezone (Cyprus).

Nice to have

• Deep macOS and Windows knowledge, including hardening, CLI tools, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with EDR, RBI/VDI solutions, distributed logging/tracing, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Previous experience in dynamic product IT companies.
