What you will do

Manage enterprise applications and IT operations.
Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
Manage SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Understand REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of experience in application management, IT operations, or a similar technical role.
3+ years in a senior or leadership capacity managing enterprise applications.
Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) — including scripting with Bash and PowerShell.
Hands-on experience managing SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL — query optimization, backup/recovery, and high-availability configurations.
Demonstrated experience with at least one major cloud provider — Azure, AWS, or GCP — including IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native services.

Nice to have

Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
