Salary: $117,629 - $183,506 a year

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available distributed infrastructure supporting the Basis DSP platform.
- Operate and optimize systems processing hundreds of billions of daily transactions.
- Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting across critical production systems.
- Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong Linux systems expertise (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS or similar).
- Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of system scalability and high availability architectures.
- Experience managing infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and on-premises.
