What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available distributed infrastructure supporting the Basis DSP platform.
• Operate and optimize systems processing hundreds of billions of daily transactions.
• Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting across critical production systems.
• Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong Linux systems expertise (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS or similar).
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of system scalability and high availability architectures.
• Experience managing infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and on-premises.
