What you will do

• Lead the technical execution of VoIP/SIP connectivity for enterprise customers and partners.
• Architect integrations via SIP trunking providers, direct trunks, or enterprise telephony infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot signaling and media problems using logs and network traces.
• Work directly with telecom, network, and platform teams to align architectures and test plans.
• Help telephony partners integrate with hirify.global, resolve escalations, and improve repeatability.
• Translate field learnings into feedback for core engineering to improve the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in VoIP/telephony engineering, SIP integrations, or telecom consulting.
• Strong expertise with SIP-based integrations and call routing concepts.
• Solid understanding of signaling vs. media flows and diagnostic approaches.
• Practical experience working with SIP trunking providers, SBCs, or enterprise PBX/contact center setups.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both engineers and non-telephony stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to have

• Cloud-native experience (especially Azure) and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience building integration tooling in a scripting or backend language.
