TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (AI): Partnering with Enterprise customers to maximize the business value of their investment in hirify.global with an accent on workflow transformation, AI-driven adoption, and long-term platform integration. Focus on embedding hirify.global’s AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, helping customers redesign how they work from discovery through delivery.

Location: Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency required. Experience in the Japanese enterprise market is highly advantageous.

What you will do

  • Redesign and optimize customer workflows across the Discover–Define–Deliver lifecycle, leveraging hirify.global’s AI capabilities.
  • Support customers in integrating hirify.global with their ecosystem using APIs, integrations, and other technical capabilities.
  • Equip internal champions with strategies to scale adoption across teams, regions, and departments.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), translating platform data into actionable insights and measurable ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in consulting, technical account management, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles in enterprise SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or automation workflows (highly preferred).
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead workflow transformation, platform adoption, and change management at scale.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency required.
  • Experience in the Japanese enterprise market is highly advantageous.
