What you will do

• Take full ownership of the product roadmap and strategic vision for Pairs.
• Collaborate with the CEO to set short and long-term product plans and optimize KPIs.
• Implement efficient product management processes and best practices across cross-functional teams.
• Lead, mentor, and scale product, design, BI, and customer care teams.
• Oversee the development of safety systems and tools to ensure a secure user experience.
• Drive internationalization efforts to expand the platform into diverse markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing tech businesses and KPIs.
• 5-10 years of experience in a Product Head role with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record in a global tech company with international presence.
• Bilingual proficiency required: Excellent Japanese and business-level or above English.
• Ability to hire, manage, and mentor large multidisciplinary teams.
• Data-driven and customer-focused mindset with a history of scaling growth-stage products.

Nice to have

• Experience in market expansion (domestic and international).
• Background with B2C products involving trust and safety components.
• Previous APAC regional exposure.
