What you will do

• Lead the creation and delivery of powerful digital experiences for banking and professional services clients, including AI-integrated web solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end technical project delivery from scoping and planning to final release.
• Develop and nurture senior-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to client teams.
• Manage team resources and collaborate with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure high-quality output.
• Take financial accountability for accounts, including profitability, forecasting, and fee negotiation.
• Identify new business growth opportunities and champion the use of BrandTech capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital, web design, or UX/UI.
• Proven experience in a regulated sector.
• Strong working knowledge of web products, specifically Umbraco CMS.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving account growth.
• Interest and passion for AI required.
