TL;DR
Digital Experience Account Director (AI): Leading the strategy and delivery of complex web and AI-driven digital experiences for banking and professional services clients with an accent on account growth, technical project delivery, and cross-functional team leadership. Location: Must be based in London, UK. Hybrid working: Office presence required 3 days per week (Farringdon and Canary Wharf).

What you will do
- Lead the creation and delivery of powerful digital experiences for banking and professional services clients, including AI-integrated web solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end technical project delivery from scoping and planning to final release.
- Develop and nurture senior-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to client teams.
- Manage team resources and collaborate with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure high-quality output.
- Take financial accountability for accounts, including profitability, forecasting, and fee negotiation.
- Identify new business growth opportunities and champion the use of BrandTech capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital, web design, or UX/UI.
- Proven experience in a regulated sector.
- Strong working knowledge of web products, specifically Umbraco CMS.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving account growth.
- Interest and passion for AI required.
