What you will do

Own 1–2 product areas with clear goals, backlogs, and delivery timelines.
Establish and track end-to-end delivery processes and SLAs for product features.
Accelerate hypothesis testing by utilizing AI-powered workflows for documentation and prototyping.
Automate recurring product tasks and reporting pipelines using tools like n8n.
Track and analyze core product metrics to drive improvements in engagement and retention.
Ship validated features that measurably impact product performance.

Requirements

Hands-on daily experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor for professional tasks.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and dashboards.
English: B2+ required for professional communication and documentation.
Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work autonomously.
Understanding of A/B testing principles and basic statistics.
Previous experience in product-related roles or tech-focused environments.

Nice to have

Genuine passion for football and regular use of sports analytics apps.
Experience with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4.
