What you will do

• Define and own the data science and AI strategy across the organization.
• Lead development and scaling of predictive and generative AI models for marketplace and fintech use cases.
• Partner with product and business leaders to align ML initiatives with company goals.
• Design scalable ML systems and cloud-based workflows for training and deployment, with a strong focus on AWS.
• Build and operate production-ready ML solutions using AWS services.
• Ensure model quality, monitoring, governance, and compliance in production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
• Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL, and common ML frameworks.
• Proven experience with GenAI and LLMs in real products.
• Strong experience with AWS and its ML/data ecosystem.
• Solid background in cloud platforms, MLOps, and model deployment.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear business decisions.
