What you will do

• Build ML-based software systems to optimize ad creatives across image, video, audio, and text formats.
• Strengthen the MLOps and data platform to enable robust and efficient productionization of AI applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for ML-based processing under strict SLAs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure stakeholders to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
• Research and implement latest innovations in generative AI, computer vision, and NLP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production-quality software development and 2+ years delivering ML-powered services.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
• Experience with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Strong foundation in linear algebra, statistics, and calculus.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Berlin office 3 days a week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ or Java.
• M.Sc. in a relevant technical field.
