Salary: €75,000–€95,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and scale retail media products using machine learning and data science.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of data projects from experimentation to production deployment.
• Design and evaluate machine learning models with a focus on performance and business impact.
• Contribute to data science best practices and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Solid experience in applied data science and machine learning in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience or strong interest in retail media, digital advertising, or recommender systems.
• Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and create structure.
• Must be eligible to work in the EU.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Spark, and Azure.
• Background in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with marketing measurement or marketplace products.
