Salary: $142,580 - $213,600 per annum

What you will do

• Direct and oversee the full lifecycle of high-visibility, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and complex project reports for C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Create, analyze, and present detailed project dashboards, status updates, and business reviews.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project team members.
• Evaluate and refine project management methodologies and tools to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
• 15 years of progressive project management experience in technology, semiconductors, or a closely related industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects at scale, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong leadership presence, with demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project lifecycle management, and advanced project management tools.
