Senior Product Manager (SASE): Owning the vision and execution for hirify.global One Appliance, a lightweight managed hardware and virtual appliance that serves as the primary on-ramp for customers connecting any physical and cloud environments with an accent on automating traffic steering and collapsing complex configurations into seamless, automated workflows. Focus on rethinking the customer journey from end-to-end and building AI-assisted products.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, New York, San Francisco, London, or Lisbon.

Salary: $220,000 base for Bay Area & New York based hires.

What you will do

• Own the Appliance roadmap, define priorities, make tradeoffs, and maintain a clear view of what we’re building and why.
• Own the Appliance vendor relationship, working with our Lifecycle Service Provider (LSP) and GTM teams to ensure a seamless buying experience for sales, patterns, and customers.
• Define and track success metrics to establish measurable outcomes for our product and the outcomes our customers are driving towards.
• Author clear product documentation that frames the problem, success criteria, and constraints—while leaving room for engineering to determine the best approach.
• Partner with engineering leadership to collaborate on quarterly planning, staffing allocation, and cross-team dependencies.
• Communicate across the org to keep stakeholders informed on progress, decisions, and upcoming changes, evangelize new features, and drive adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, SASE or infrastructure products.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of how the Internet works at layers 1 through 7.
• Familiarity with cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cloud on-ramp architectures.
• Experience with cloud-managed hardware products.
