What you will do

• Engage directly with startups and enterprises to identify AI use cases and drive platform adoption.
• Define and deliver tailored proof-of-concepts (POCs) for customer environments.
• Lead onboarding efforts, including latency benchmarks and infrastructure alignment.
• Translate customer insights into structured product definitions and feature requests.
• Collaborate with engineering and applied ML teams to align the product roadmap with market needs.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers on GenAI strategy and implementation.

Requirements

• Strong technical background (CS/EECE) or equivalent technical product management experience.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, and model inference workflows.
• 2-5+ years of product management experience focused on software engineering products.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven focus on driving tangible outcomes rather than just technical milestones.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
