What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap, setting strategy and prioritizing ruthlessly to deliver against adoption, migration, and cost-efficiency goals.
• Lead enterprise customer discovery to translate observability pain points into product requirements and drive product adoption.
• Partner with engineering, GTM, and hirify.global platform teams to execute quarterly plans and align on integration opportunities.
• Represent product in high stakes situations to customers, partners, and leadership through crisp PRDs, specs, and strategy presentations.
• Identify emerging patterns and turn them into scalable, GA-ready product offerings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of PM experience, with 3+ years on infrastructure, developer tools, or observability platforms.
• Deep familiarity with observability concepts and cloud-native architectures.
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, streaming ingest, and open standards.
• Proven track record shipping in competitive enterprise markets and displacing incumbents.
• Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and navigate the complexity of an acquisition integration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and agentic workflows; can demonstrate use of AI tools in their day-to-day.

Nice to have

• Experience with or strong opinions on AI SRE, AIOps, or agentic observability workflows.
• Exposure to modern data ingestion, storage and retrieval systems including Kafka, SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing technologies.
• Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem and open-source community dynamics.
