Our product combines the latest AI developments, and Microsoft security platform to provide a robust product aimed to automate data focused risks. 
 
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the 20+ strong product team, and 20+ customers using our enterprise-grade information governance and compliance products. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned product leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and can drive cross-functional teams towards building best-in-class solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Network Files, Purview, SharePoint, etc.).
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and consulting teams to shape product vision, define roadmaps, and deliver value to clients across highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and legal. As part of this role, you will engage with senior customer and Infotechtion stakeholder, and your reporting line will be directly to the CTO of Infotechtion, based in the UK. 
 
We are not looking for a Project Manager, a prior work experience with a product company is essential. Your application will be rejected if the experience does not demonstrate experience with a product company. 
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Infotechtion’s mission and client needs. 
• Monitor industry trends in information governance, compliance, and Microsoft 365 to inform strategic decisions. 
• Work closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities for product expansion and innovation. 
Product Development & Delivery
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and iteration. 
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications. 
• Prioritize features using a data-driven approach that balances user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. 
• Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features. 
Customer & Market Insight
• Engage with clients, consultants, and internal SMEs to deeply understand pain points, workflows, and opportunities. 
• Define customer personas, journeys, and use cases specific to records management, compliance, and information lifecycle needs. 
• Collaborate with consulting and sales teams to gather feedback and shape go-to-market strategies. 
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear communication, transparency, and alignment. 
• Serve as the product evangelist both internally and externally — from technical demos to executive briefings. 
• Manage vendor relationships, where applicable, for integrations or co-development initiatives. 
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
• Define KPIs to measure product success (e.g., adoption, engagement, client satisfaction, compliance impact). 
• Champion continuous product improvement through experimentation, analytics, and iterative feedback. 
 
 
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in enterprise SaaS or B2B environments. 
• Experience in architecting or designing .Net, Azure infrastructure, Azure AI, Power BI based solution / product delivery. 
• Proven experience building and launching complex, scalable products in areas such as information governance, compliance, data management, or enterprise IT.
