Salary: $136,000 – $265,700 USD (based on geographic location).

What you will do

• Define and lead the product vision and lifecycle for E9 and E3 systems.
• Establish business metrics, including forecasting and margin improvement.
• Manage cross-functional planning to ensure interoperability across PON variants (GPON, XGS-PON, 50G PON).
• Translate technical product capabilities into strategic customer proposals and value propositions.
• Partner with hardware and software engineering teams to guide architectural decisions and resolve field issues.
• Represent the product in customer meetings and technical forums.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proven experience in guiding product strategy and influencing organizational priorities.
• Ability to lead complex technical programs across engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the broadband industry.
