Escalations Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, Canada

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually

What you will do

• Responsible for efficient and effective case management.
• Drive escalations to resolution, collaborate with global peers and other hirify.global organizations.
• Proactively analyze product defects/bugs/trends, serve as the customer champion.
• Validate and qualify customer issues and business impact.
• Contribute to the hirify.global knowledge base.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing role, ~1 year of MDM experience.
• Degree in Computer Information/Application Systems, Enterprise Computing, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Windows Active Directory or EntraID.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of client-server architecture.
• Understanding of specific mobile device platforms (IOS, Windows or Android).

Nice to have

• Experience with server configuration: Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Web server platforms (IIS).
• Knowledge of Android Enterprise or Apple DEP.
• hirify.global product certification and/or certification from other EMM vendors.
