hirify.global is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking IT Support Specialist with a strong emphasis on automation to join their IT team.

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal employees seeking technical assistance.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software applications, peripherals, and network connectivity.
  • Configure, install, and maintain hardware and software systems, including operating system deployments, application installations, and routine upgrades.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and AI-assisted workflows to streamline repetitive IT support tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, resolutions, system configurations, and IT procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage IT projects from scoping through delivery, maintaining clear communication throughout.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe, VPN and similar enterprise applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of major operating systems, including Windows Desktop, Windows Server, MacOS, and Linux.
  • Solid understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Hands-on experience with computer hardware components, including motherboards, memory modules, processors, and storage systems.
  • Experience developing or working with automation tools, scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash), or AI-driven support solutions.
  • Solid understanding of core cybersecurity concepts, including phishing awareness, endpoint protection, access control, and incident response fundamentals.
