What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to senior technical and product leadership.
  • Facilitate organizational change and ensure smooth structural transitions.
  • Oversee high-quality onboarding and internal development frameworks for technical roles.
  • Coach and mentor managers on leadership, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
  • Drive performance management cycles and monitor team climate to ensure engagement.
  • Lead succession planning and retention strategies for critical technical positions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HRBP, People Partner, or HR Generalist roles.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience supporting technical, engineering, or product teams.
  • English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles and cross-functional workflows.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex team dynamics.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required for a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Russian.
  • Experience in large international product or IT companies.
  • Background in fast-growing tech environments such as SaaS or platform engineering.
  • Certifications in coaching methodologies or facilitation.
